Aozora exports fine New Zealand wines to Asia. Wine is usually shipped by 20' reefer container, but we often ship pallets of wine “break bulk” to Japan with our other produce, which reduces the freight cost and the volume risk for our customers.
We source our wines from only the best vineyards in the Hawkes Bay, Martinborough and Central Otago regions. Refer here for a list of our suppliers and links to their websites.
Aozora is currently working on some new opportunities in China with “clean skin” bottles and bulk wine (23,000 litre bladders). We intend to develop our own brands for each individual market.
